Terms of Service
Last updated 14 October 2026
Who these terms are between
These terms cover EZwarehouse, the warehouse management system provided by ST Humans Pty Ltd(ABN 23 613 672 021), and the EZwarehouse app that connects a Shopify store to a warehouse.
They apply to the business that subscribes to EZwarehouse to run its warehouse (the “warehouse”), which accepts them when it signs up, and to everyone it gives access to: its staff, its customers’ users, and connections made with its API keys or through the MCP connector. The warehouse is responsible for their use of EZwarehouse. They also apply to merchants who install the Shopify app.
Our agreement is with the warehouse. A merchant contracts with their warehouse, and that warehouse uses EZwarehouse. Storage fees, handling charges, delivery rates and the terms around them sit in the agreement between the merchant and the warehouse. These terms do not set them.
What the app costs
The Shopify app is free to merchants. EZwarehouse charges merchants nothing, through Shopify or otherwise. The warehouse pays us for the system it runs its operation on.
What the warehouse charges a merchant for storage and handling is between them.
What the app does, and does not do
Once a store is connected to a warehouse, within the scope the warehouse has enabled:
- New orders become dispatch requests at the warehouse.
- When an order ships, it is marked fulfilled in the store with its tracking number.
- Cancelling an order in the store cancels the dispatch, provided work has not yet started.
- Stock received at the warehouse can be added to the store’s inventory (optional).
We never overwrite store inventory with our own figures. We do not create or edit products in the store. We do not reverse a dispatch that is already being picked because a cancellation arrived — instead we tag the order and add a note, so the merchant and the warehouse can settle what happens to the goods and to the work already done.
Which of these are switched on is agreed between the merchant and their warehouse. A merchant can see what is currently enabled at any time on the app’s page in their Shopify admin.
Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow or help anyone else to:
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble EZwarehouse, or otherwise attempt to derive its source code, underlying structure, algorithms or data models, except to the extent the law expressly permits this despite this restriction;
- copy, modify, frame or create derivative works of EZwarehouse or any part of it;
- access EZwarehouse by automated means — scrapers, crawlers, bots or scripts — other than through the API, MCP connector and integrations we provide, or exceed or work around their rate, access or usage limits;
- probe, scan or test EZwarehouse for vulnerabilities, or bypass or attempt to bypass its authentication, the separation between accounts, or any other security measure, without our prior written permission;
- use EZwarehouse, or information obtained from it, to build, train or benchmark a competing product or service;
- sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise make EZwarehouse available to anyone other than the people these terms allow; or
- upload malicious code, or use EZwarehouse for anything unlawful or in a way that interferes with its operation or with other customers.
If you find a security issue, tell us at hibrizkr@gmail.com rather than testing it further. We may suspend or end access that breaches this section, and revoke the API keys or connections involved.
EZwarehouse, including its software, design and documentation, remains the property of ST Humans Pty Ltd. Using it gives you a right to use it under these terms, not ownership of it. The data you put into EZwarehouse remains yours.
Installing and uninstalling
A merchant can uninstall the app from their Shopify admin at any time. Stored access tokens are discarded immediately and orders stop flowing. Dispatches already at the warehouse, and work already in progress, are settled directly with the warehouse.
Installing on its own does nothing. The warehouse has to attach the store to one of its customers before any order is collected.
Limits
EZwarehouse provides software. The storing, picking, packing and delivery are performed by the warehouse, and responsibility for them follows the agreement between the merchant and the warehouse.
Faults may delay order collection or dispatch reporting. When that happens we tell the warehouse what failed and what it affected. We are not responsible for things we do not operate, such as a Shopify outage or a carrier delay.
Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. We record which version a warehouse accepted when it signed up. A change to what the app actually does is communicated to merchants through their warehouse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
