Do I have to migrate everything before I can start?

No. Bring a CSV of your products and current stock and you can be receiving on day one. During the free trial our team helps you with the first import.

Can my customers see their own stock?

Yes. Each 3PL customer gets their own login that shows only their stock, inbound and outbound history. You decide what every role can see and do.

Which sales channels can I connect?

Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Wix are supported today, and anything else can connect through our REST API and webhooks. More native integrations are on the way.

What is MCP, and do I need it?

MCP lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT read your warehouse data inside the permissions you grant. It is optional — everything works without it — and it is included on the Business, Pro and Enterprise plans.

Do I need special scanning hardware?

No. EZwarehouse works with any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner, and your team can also scan with a phone camera.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of it your data is deleted, so choose a plan before the trial ends if you want to keep it.
